Ledger — Billing Template is a billing app template for studios and freelancers, built with Laravel 13, Livewire 4, Flexiwind components, and Tailwind CSS 4. Its light and dark themes bring invoicing, client records, expenses, and reporting into one interface.

Manage billing workflows

1. Overview: Review outstanding totals and aging, cash in and out, top clients, invoices coming due, and payments received.
2. Follow-ups and invoices: Find overdue invoices, edit reminder emails or printed letters, search and filter invoices, use bulk actions, and record payments.
3. Invoice editor: Edit line items, currency, and VAT; view a live A4 preview and access the send dialog.
4. More billing tools: Work with credit notes, recurring schedules, clients, expenses, and reports. Clients also have a public payment page at /pay/{number}.
5. Settings: Configure profile, business, invoicing, reminders, documents, security, and appearance.

Important implementation details

This downloadable template has no database or sign-in. Records are written in PHP in app/Support/Ledger.php. Sending, payments, reminders, and the Stripe connection are simulated, so you’ll need to connect your own storage, mail, and payment services.

The cash-flow chart is rendered with Blade, without a JavaScript chart library. Geist fonts are installed through npm rather than loaded from a CDN. The template includes 51 Pest tests and requires PHP 8.3 or later. Its stack also includes Vite.
